How do I start playing?
Register on the website, download the launcher from the Download page and run it. It installs and updates the game by itself, then log in with your website account.
I forgot my password.
Open a ticket below with your account name and the email you registered with. An admin will reset it for you.
How do I get premium points?
Log in, open Buy points and pick a pack. Points reach your character within seconds, also while you are offline.
I bought an item but I cannot wear it.
Male avatars only fit male characters and female avatars only female ones. Open Inventory in the game and press Equip. Still stuck? Open a ticket with the item name.
Where can I chat with the community?
Join our Discord server for events, help and finding matches.
How do dances work?
Buy a dance in the shop. In a match press the dance key (0) to cycle through your dances, or type /dance1 in chat.
Can I use mods or cheats?
Normal rooms are protected by server-side hit and movement validation. Rooms with room-mods run without it. Cheating in normal rooms leads to a ban.
